Default Songs that make you cry

Phil Collins - In The Air Tonight

Yeah, i'm such a big girl. What song makes you cry/gets to you the most? And why? I dunno why this gets to me, but on very rare occasions i've got about 2 tears in my eye by the end.

Oooh, just to clarify, not cry in the emo way, cry in the genuine way, if you catch my drift. Nothing against emo's.

Edit: Actually, most of phil collins' work can get to me. Also, anyone posting in this topic kick ass.

Much of EsOterica, Nirvana and especially Marilyn Manson because he's so damn right and no one accepts him as how he is, I'm actually in the same position right now; No one accepts me as how I am.

Btw, EsOterica isn't much of a huuuugely popular band but just check out www.eso1.com.

And keep on posting, this topic rocks.

lol what doesnt make me cry??? seriously, almost every song can touch me emotionally...but then again, im a girl, so im sucker for these things lol

Here's my current favorite with some of the lyrics...

Call Me - Marcos Hernandez

I'm a million miles away, and all that i can say,
I wish that I was there beside you...
I miss the games we used to play,
Your kisses on my face,
Even though i'm far away i'm with you...

Whenever you're lonely...
I'll be the one, you can call me,
Just say the word, i'll come running,
Don't worry girl, you can call me.
Just know that i dont ever plan on leaving you...
Cause you're my heart, you're the one i sing this song to
It's alright, baby, dont worry...
You can count on me.
Day or night, rain or shine, you can call me.

The lyrics are so beautiful, seriously, that is the best song any guy could dedicate to a girl...of course this is my genre of music, people have different taste, but i think this song is good either way

Firstly, You called Seether Emo. Wow.

Secondly, I used to be really touched by "Superman (Its not Easy)" by Five for Fighting for some reason.

Cry? what crying??!!?!??!? i don't cry! Ever!!!!!!!!!!!

On a more serious note, truth is, i don't really cry ...... the only time i ever do is when i think about someone special in my life and how i will never get her.....and i'm usually listening to "everything ends" by slipknot when that happens.

Call me emo all you want, cause i know i am and im proud!
(My mates all call me goth, but i don't think ive reached that just yet!)

Jessica, i know what you mean, marilyn manson is sooooooooo underated, just cause he is different to the rest of them
@ bacon - Don't think like that! you'll end up being a satanist O.O
